Cogir Senior Living is seeking dedicated RPNs to join their team, enhancing the quality of life for retirees. In this role, you will focus on patient-oriented care, build trust with residents and families, and effectively communicate within a multidisciplinary team. You will play a vital role in implementing care plans that meet the diverse needs of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient-oriented nursing care according to provincial standards
• Build trusted relationships with residents and family members
• Implement and evaluate individual care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical assessments and documentation
• Mentor unregulated care providers through coaching
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Clinical knowledge and experience with seniors preferred
• Education in gerontology or long-term care an asset
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
