Sage Group Health Care Staffing is seeking Rehab / Med Surg Registered Nurses for travel /contract position in Windsor, VT. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate:
Range $2500 to $2665 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
12 Hours;
Nights, 7p-7.30a
36 hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend
Position Requirements- Registered Nurse: 2 years
- Required - Med Surg and Rehab Nursing experience:
Recent/Current 2 years – Required - Must be willing to float between
Acute Rehab and Med Surg Units
- ASN or an equivalent – Required
- BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
- RN License for State of VT or Multi-State
- Required - BLS and ACLS Certifications fromAHA
- Required
- Provide all aspects of Nursing care for patients in Acute Rehab and Med Surg Units.
- Coordinates total nursing carefor patients in Acute Rehab and Med Surg Units
- Participate in patient and familyteaching
- Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
- May be asked to work as a backup
Charge Nurse - Records information concisely,accurately and completely.
- Participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning and revises plan of care based on assessment.
