Sage Group Health Care  Staffing is seeking Rehab / Med Surg Registered Nurses for travel /contract position in Windsor, VT. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Range $2500 to $2665 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Nights, 7p-7.30a

36 hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend

Position Requirements

Registered Nurse: 2 years - Required

Med Surg and Rehab Nursing experience:
Recent/Current 2 years – Required

Must be willing to float between

Acute Rehab and Med Surg Units

Education, License and Certification Requirements

ASN or an equivalent – Required

BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred

RN License for State of VT or Multi-State - Required

BLS and ACLS Certifications fromAHA
- Required

Job Description

Provide all aspects of Nursing care for patients in Acute Rehab and Med Surg Units.

Coordinates total nursing carefor patients in Acute Rehab and Med Surg Units

Participate in patient and family teaching

Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting

May be asked to work as a backup

Charge Nurse

Records information concisely,accurately and completely.

Participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning and revises plan of care based on assessment.
