RPN: Elevate Resident Care & Team Collaboration
Age Care is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide professional nursing care to residents in our long-term care communities. You will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and collaborate with physicians and the health care team to meet residents' care needs and safety.
The role includes directing Personal Support Workers, adhering to standards and policies, and participating in shift reports.
