Amica Riverside is seeking a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team. This role requires a commitment to holistic care in our senior living residences, delivering high standards of service. You’ll form meaningful relationships with residents while actively contributing to their wellness plans and engaging in a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored nursing care to seniors in a casual setting
• Develop personalized wellness plans in collaboration with residents
• Build relationships with residents and their families
• Conduct assessments and document resident progress
• Collaborate with healthcare providers effectively
Requirements:
• Completion of an approved Practical Nursing program
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid CPR certification
• Effective communication skills with residents and teams
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
