Lead Family Birthing Centre operations at Windsor Regional Hospital using nursing leadership and patient- and family-centered care expertise. Coordinate services, staffing, and performance.
The Program Operations Manager provides operational, financial, and human resource leadership within the program. This nursing management role supports high-quality patient care through quality improvement, best practices, and interdisciplinary collaboration. It oversees unit operations, budgets, program development, policy compliance, and strategic initiatives aligned with hospital values.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee patient care services and overall program accountability
- Coordinate care with managers, physicians, providers, and support staff
- Manage staff scheduling, unit operations, and patient care outcomes
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and corporate projects
- Develop operational and annual capital budgets
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
- Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Minimum five years of current relevant clinical experience
- Nursing administration experience preferred;
French proficiency an asset
