Key Responsibilities:- Provide home care services to clients in Cornwall
- Apply clinical expertise to deliver quality nursing care
- Tailor care to individual needs and preferences
- Promote patient comfort, safety, independence, and dignity
- Build relationships with patients and their families
- Graduate from an accredited or recognized School of Nursing
- Current Registered Practical Nurse registration in good standing
- Valid CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Clear vulnerable sector criminal background check when offered
