Position: Full-Time DZ Driver Arborist

At Davey Tree Expert Co. of Canada, your mission will be to drive commercial trucks to job sites and assist as an arborist. Your daily duties will involve ensuring vehicle safety, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to tree pruning and removal efforts. You'll develop expertise in operating chainsaws, chippers, and other essential tools while following strict safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a commercial truck for crew transport

• Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle checks

• Maintain truck’s interior and exterior cleanliness

• Participate in tree removal and pruning activities

• Operate tools and equipment safely

Requirements:

• AZ or DZ driver’s license is mandatory

• Clean driving record preferable

• Background in forestry or landscaping is valued

• Eagerness to achieve arborist certification

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as necessary
