Snow Removal Labourer

For over 26 years, Futurescape Landscaping has proudly served the Greater Sudbury community by transforming outdoor spaces and building lasting relationships with our clients.

As winter approaches, we're looking for motivated Snow Removal Labourers to join our team and help keep our commercial clients' properties safe, accessible, and well maintained throughout the snow season.

As part of our snow removal team, you'll stay active and work outdoors while helping keep walkways and properties safe during winter weather.

• Clearing snow from sidewalks and walkways using shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment.
• Applying de-icing materials to help prevent slips and falls.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment.
• Working independently and as part of a team.
• Working safely and effectively in cold and changing winter conditions.

You don't need years of experience to join us. We're looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, safety-minded, and ready to get the job done.

You'll need:

• A strong work ethic and the physical stamina to work in a variety of winter conditions.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and during winter weather events.
• Previous snow removal or landscaping experience is an asset, but not required.
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence to travel to various worksites.
