Flex-N-Gate, recognized among the top automotive suppliers, is looking for a skilled Quality CMM Operator. This role requires 2-4 years of experience in quality management and an in-depth understanding of mathematical concepts. You'll be responsible for creating inspection programs, calibrating equipment, and completing capability studies to ensure excellent product standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and execute CMM inspection programs for product quality

• Calibrate and repair various CMM fixtures as needed

• Perform product layout evaluations and participate in PPAP

• Analyze statistical data for quality and process improvement

• Develop strong relationships with internal customers on quality issues

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 2-4 years’ experience in CMM operations or quality control

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and database systems

• Strong organizational and troubleshooting abilities
