This role requires monitoring Customer Quality Results to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. You will take the lead in addressing Manufacturing Nonconformities, performing root cause analyses, and supporting auditors in maintaining high-quality standards in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze Customer Quality Results to identify improvement opportunities
• Lead rapid treatment of Manufacturing Nonconformities
• Support quality audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Train and mentor auditors on quality best practices
• Update audit checklists with evolving standards and risks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to work outside regular hours if necessary
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Experience in structured problem-solving preferred
