Midnight Shift Quality Control Inspector

Location: Kingsville

Mastronardi is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for our midnight shift at the Kingsville Distribution Center.

Your role will ensure the highest standards of product quality and compliance.

In this full-time, permanent role, you will work in a refrigerated environment, conducting inspections and validations to meet customer specifications effectively. This position offers an opportunity to apply strong problem-solving skills while overseeing warehouse operations during inspections and supporting team training as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections to verify product quality

• Ensure accurate reporting of exceptions and non-compliance

• Oversee floor operations in the supervisor's absence

• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks as needed

• Maintain high standards of product presentation

Requirements:

• One year college degree or 6 months experience required

• Preferred background in the produce industry

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Office

• Capability to lift weights up to 35 lbs
