In this role, you’ll be instrumental in the Quality Compliance team, supporting systems to meet rigorous Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for our diverse range of natural health products. You’ll manage compliance personnel and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while overseeing product release and supplier qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Qualified Person for product compliance decisions

• Develop compliance frameworks across multiple product categories

• Conduct supplier qualifications and compliance assessments

• Govern quality investigations and CAPA processes

• Ensure audit readiness and lead inspection support

Requirements:

• Technical degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a relevant discipline

• Three years of compliance experience in health product manufacturing

• Knowledge of GMP and health product regulations

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to drive quality improvements and compliance
