What You’ll Do
As a key member of the Quality team, you will support and maintain Quality Assurance systems to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable regulatory requirements.

Lead and support finished goods quality and GMP compliance across manufacturing and packaging operations

Act as a Qualified Person (QP) delegate, ensuring product quality and release decisions meet regulatory and internal standards

Manage and support core quality processes including deviations, non-conformances, CAPA, change control, complaints, and recalls

Review and approve specifications, material and product master data, and quality documentation

Support lot disposition decisions and ensure timelines meet production and business needs

Conduct investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions

Analyze quality data and trends to identify risks and drive continuous improvement

Support audit readiness activities and maintain site audit schedules

Monitor environmental, calibration, and quality system data, escalating issues as required

Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and improve compliance across operations

Support validation activities (equipment, process, cleaning) and review associated documentation

Maintain and utilize quality systems (QMS, ERP, LIMS) and support quality metrics reporting

Deliver GMP training and support development of Quality team members

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned

What You Bring
You bring strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to quality and compliance.

Bachelor of Science or related technical degree; equivalent experience will be considered

Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, food, or natural health product manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of GMP and applicable Canadian and international regulations

Experience with quality systems including deviations, CAPA, change control, investigations, and product release

Proven problem-solving, critical thinking, and risk-based decision-making skills

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control practices

Ability to analyze data and identify trends to support quality improvements

Proficiency with systems such as QMS, ERP, LIMS, and Microsoft Office tools

Strong communication and technical writing skills

High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

For this role, the posting range is $54,200-$81,300 which reflects the full salary range of the position.
