Windsor Salt seeks an FSQR Supervisor to oversee compliance, laboratory testing, and quality assurance. This pivotal role requires strong knowledge of GFSI and regulatory standards, and you will act as Preventive Controls Qualified Individual. Additionally, you'll support audits, manage technician schedules, and address customer complaint investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory specifications

• Act as Preventive Controls Qualified Individual for exports

• Conduct root cause analysis for consumer complaints

• Oversee FSQR laboratory testing and results approval

• Support safety initiatives and training within the FSQR department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field

• Minimum 2 years in quality manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of FSMA and HACCP Programs

• Supervisory experience preferred

• PCQI certification in Human or Animal Feed preferred
