CMM Measurement Specialist at CenterLine

Location: LaSalle

Take on a critical role as a CMM Measurement Specialist at Center Line (Windsor), Limited, focusing on quality assurance for metalworking equipment. You will measure parts and fixtures to ensure they fulfill customer standards.

This position reports to the Quality Supervisor, where you will create precision CMM programs and inspect parts using advanced CMM technology. Key duties involve setting up work fixtures to exact specifications and conducting gauge calibration while gathering vital SPC data for analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed CMM programs from CAD files

• Inspect components using CMM and other gauges

• Set up fixtures according to engineering norms

• Assist in gauge calibration and control obligations

• Collect SPC data and perform analytical calculations

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma or related CMM experience

• Competence in business application software, including MS Excel
