Quality Assurance Supervisor Position

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Center Line in Windsor, lead critical quality initiatives that ensure compliance and drive customer satisfaction. Focus on effective team performance and quality control.

In this vital role, you will oversee and enhance daily quality control tasks at the CL655 and CL6290 facilities. Your responsibilities will include leading the Quality Control team, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and working closely with manufacturing to maintain exceptional product quality and effective documentation practices. Your mentorship will shape the next generation of quality leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily quality assessment activities

• Mentor and assist the Quality Control team

• Enforce compliance with industry standards

• Document statistical analysis of quality findings

• Collaborate with teams for quality and efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent quality leadership experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of quality control methods

• Familiarity with inspection processes and documentation

• Demonstrated leadership and training experience
