Windsor Salt is looking for a Food Safety Quality Supervisor to lead FSQR initiatives and maintain compliance with food safety regulations. This role requires a strong grasp of food science, quality assurance methodologies, and effective communication skills to liaise with multiple departments. Your contributions will support customer satisfaction and regulatory audits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise FSQR laboratory testing and analysis
• Ensure compliance with relevant specifications and regulations
• Aid in consumer complaint investigations and action plans
• Support ongoing training and development for FSQR associates
• Oversee the implementation of safety training suggestions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
• Minimum 2 years in a quality manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of regulatory standards including FSMA and HACCP
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• PCQI certification in feed is a plus
