This role involves investigating rejections, collaborating with teams, and leading continuous improvement projects. You will provide training, monitor QMS activities, and build strategies to maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate internal and customer rejection causes
• Lead teams in problem solving and corrective actions
• Track and maintain quality records and reports
• Support quality training across departments
• Create and implement quality work instructions
Requirements:
• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Engineering
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001
• Proficiency in problem-solving tools like 8D
• Experience in inspection methods and SPC
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
