Description:
Working on-site at social housing developments to manage the day to day operations of rental properties;Includes rent collection, rent arrears management, including eviction notices and attendance at Tribunal hearings, showing and filling vacant units, completing work orders, liaison with Board of Directors, attending Board meetings and transcribing minutes, general correspondence with tenants;
Qualifications:
Property Management Experience is required;
Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Sage, Internet and standard office equipment;
Basic mathematical skills and understanding;
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail;
Able to assist in ensuring housing obligations are met;
Ability to provide excellent co-ordination, consultation, interpersonal, negotiation / mediation, facilitation, creative problem solving, critical analysis and information synthesis skills;
Able to work independently and utilizes sound judgement; and
