Full-Time Community Leader

Skyline is seeking a Community Leader to enhance tenant satisfaction and facilitate property maintenance. This full-time role requires five years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle emergencies promptly. You will engage with tenants, manage inquiries, and ensure community events foster a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advertise and show rental units, closing deals successfully

• Address tenant concerns within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction

• Assist with emergencies and prioritize accommodation requests

• Maintain fire safety records and collect rents accurately

• Oversee cleanliness and supervise contractors for maintenance

Requirements:

• Five years of property management experience required

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and email/web applications

• Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks
