Media Host & Inbound Sales Specialist

We are seeking an energetic, camera-confident, and creative Media Host & Inbound Sales Specialist to serve as the face, voice, and storyteller for our ongoing developments and property inventory.
While our portfolio is primarily residential (single-family homes, townhomes, fourplexes, multi-family, and rental communities), we also develop, build, and manage commercial and mixed-use real estate across Windsor–Essex.
In this multi-faceted role, you will host dynamic property walkthrough videos, maintain our digital website inventory across all asset classes, craft written content (email newsletters and website blogs), handle inbound digital leads, and host weekend open houses and lease-up events.

Key Responsibilities    Visual Content Creation & Media Production
Property Walkthroughs:
Produce, film, and host video walkthroughs for 100% of available inventory across all residential developments and commercial holdings (available, sold, and rented/leased units).
Construction & Site Progress:
Capture weekly site progress videos showcasing construction milestones, framing, and site development to build excitement for upcoming phase releases.
Neighbourhood & Area Spotlights:
Host engaging “Neighbourhood Walk” videos highlighting local amenities, infrastructure, dining, and lifestyle features in Amherstburg and surrounding Essex County.
Multi-Format Media:
Produce fast-turnaround short-form content (Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts) as well as polished, higher-production property features for signature residential builds and commercial spaces.
Event & Sponsorship Coverage:
Attend company-sponsored community events and activations to capture live footage and strengthen local brand presence.

Written Content, Email & Blog Publishing
Email Broadcasts:
Draft and schedule engaging weekly/bi-weekly email newsletters to our subscriber database, featuring new residential and commercial listing drops, construction updates, community news, and open house announcements.
Blog Writing:
Write clean, informative blog posts for our website covering home-buying guides, community highlights, floor plan spotlights, commercial space features, and regional development news to boost organic search visibility (SEO).
Listing Copywriting:
Draft compelling property descriptions, spec sheets, and marketing features for all online inventory listings.

Digital Inventory & Inbound Sales
Keep website inventory listings, pricing, availability, specs, photos, and video media 100% fresh and up to date across residential and commercial categories.
Handle inbound sales and leasing inquiries coming through Facebook, Instagram, website forms, email, and direct messages.
Personal & Company Accounts:
You will be expected to use your own social media accounts (for example, your Facebook Marketplace profile) to post and manage listings, and to represent Ever Jonge Homes in a professional manner at all times while doing so. You will also manage the company's own social media and marketplace accounts.
Qualify prospective buyers and tenants and guide them toward tour bookings, open house visits, or direct sales consultations.

Events, Open Houses & Customer Relations
Host weekly residential open house activations, commercial leasing showcases, and special community property events.
Focus on authentic, long-term relationship-building with prospective buyers, tenants, and site visitors.
Connect with recent residential buyers and commercial tenants to collect 5-star Google reviews and record video testimonials.

Operations & Property Management Support
