Description  As a highly skilled freelance sales associate providing makeup application, skin‑care advice, or hair/fragrance consultations, you will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers.
You will work as part of a high‑performing team, host in‑store events, and maintain visually appealing merchandising to stand out among competitors.
We welcome dynamic self‑starters including those with beginner‑level expertise or prior retail makeup experience. Prior expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued, though you will receive training to further develop these skills.
Qualifications   Retail experience is preferred, but applicants with amateur‑level experience who demonstrate creative and technical expertise are welcome.
Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.
Ability and willingness to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
Pay Range  Anticipated base salary range: $17.75 to $28.55 per hour, based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Salary is calculated for a 40‑hour work week and can be scaled accordingly.
