Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager supports the supervision of the store team to create an unforgettable shopping experience. This role includes leadership development, customer interaction, sales strategy, and execution of maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs) such as opening and closing the store.
Responsibilities Supervise store team and create an exceptional customer experience.
Lead customer interactions and be a sales lead for the team.
Strategize to achieve team sales goals.
Execute opening, closing, and daily store operations as a key holder.
Support team training, development, and direction.
Make decisions and take initiative in daily operations.

Requirements At least 1 year of customer service experience (required).
Supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to foster a team and create a positive work environment.
Experience in training and directing others.
Initiative and decision‑making skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
Computer proficiency.
Flexible schedule, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Location & Compensation Store 4133‑Leamington Power Center, maurices – Leamington, ON N8H 3C5.
Regular/Full‑time position.
Hourly pay range: $19.48 – $20.65 (may vary based on qualifications and location).
