Location: Tecumseh
Location and Salary 15 Amy Croft Drive, Tecumseh – $20.82 per hour
Job Summary We are looking for Summer Customer Service Representatives for the LCBO Retail store (May 4 - Sep 7 2026). The role is on-site and reports to the Store Manager. The successful candidate will provide a friendly and helpful customer experience in wine, beer, cider, and spirits retail.
Responsibilities Serve customers using our cash register system promptly, courteously, and responsibly, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Ask for donations for partner charities (Spirit of Sustainability Campaign).
Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys.
Receive product, replenish it on shelves and face‑up products.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety—clean spills and broken bottles.
Lift cases of up to 40 lbs (18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods.
Qualifications Comfortable working with teammates and customers.
Legally allowed to work in Canada (valid SIN, student or work permit).
At least 18 years old.
Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.
Will complete a Criminal Background Check at own expense before starting work.
Availability Friday 5:00 PM – Close.
Saturday and Sunday (all day, 4-8 hour shift).
Long weekend:
Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day.
Additional work may be available Monday-Thursday at store needs (post two weeks in advance; extra shifts may appear on short notice).
