In this regular full-time position, you will support the Deli Manager in enhancing department profitability while supervising team members. Key responsibilities include addressing customer needs, managing vendor orders, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You'll need robust financial acumen and advanced culinary knowledge to ensure high-quality food preparation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the Deli Team, delegating tasks as needed
• Maintain product quality and pricing accuracy
• Handle vendor orders and back stock management
• Prepare catering orders according to specifications
• Ensure a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 required
• High School diploma or GED
• Food Handlers Certificate needed
• Experience in deli operations and equipment
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
