As a vital member of PTG's team, you will support self-service retail customers, ensuring they find the correct parts for their needs. With a strong focus on providing top-quality service, your role involves retrieving inventory, answering inquiries, and processing sales. Your expertise in the truck and car dealership environment will ensure smooth operations in our service department and body shop.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist self-service customers in selecting the right automotive parts
• Retrieve purchased parts from inventory and process requests
• Answer phone inquiries about pricing and part availability
• Order parts and maintain balanced inventory for various customer needs
• Process sales transactions accurately in line with company policies
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills essential
• 2 years of experience in a truck/car dealership preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in counter sales is an asset
• Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance
