We're looking for a Store Manager for our Windsor location. Someone who leads by example, develops talent, and isn't satisfied with good when great is possible.

Your role

Lead all store operations and ensure overall performance

Drive sales and hit targets — then set new ones

Monitor results and take decisive corrective action

Hire, coach, and develop your team to their full potential

Deliver a customer experience worth coming back for

Ensure compliance with sales processes and company standards

Manage inventory, expenses, and merchandising

Maintain store presentation and safety standards

$45,000 base salary + uncapped bonus — top performers consistently reach $70,000+
