Position: Seasonal Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween

Become a key player this season as a Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween. With a starting hourly rate of $17.60, assist in merchandising, guest services, and store setup.

In this role, you'll collaborate with the Store Management Team to ensure a smooth seasonal operation. Responsibilities include generating sales, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining store appearance. Expect to engage in activities like climbing ladders, setting fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support store management in setup and teardown processes

• Handle guest services in line with company standards

• Generate sales and assist with merchandising tasks

• Maintain store cleanliness and signage

• Manage POS operations and assist in loss prevention

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 16 for employment

• Ability to lift/move 50 pounds

• Willingness to stand/walk for long periods

• Openness to follow consignment operator's procedures

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
