7-Eleven is seeking candidates with supervisory experience to fill the role of Retail Assistant Manager. In this position, you will lead customer service initiatives, train employees, and implement merchandising programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer service leadership and training initiatives
• Assist in employee development and retention strategies

• Manage cash handling and fuel transaction processes

Requirements:
• Previous retail management experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance required
