Position: Customer Service Associate I
Join our team as a Customer Service Associate I, providing outstanding service at our Windsor location on Huron Church Rd. Engage with customers, manage sales, and keep the store organized.

This part-time role welcomes applicants with prior experience in retail, grocery, or hospitality settings. You will assist customers, maintain cash security, and ensure all store areas are tidy and presentable. Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer questions and service requests

• Process sales transactions efficiently at the register

• Maintain security and protect company assets

• Aid in stocking merchandise and recovering products

• Clean and maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms

Requirements:

• Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in customer service or retail sectors highly desired

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong communication and relationship management abilities
