Responsibilities include cash handling and managing opening and closing procedures to maintain store efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model sales behaviors for the team through effective coaching

• Conduct cash reconciliation at the beginning and end of shifts

• Open and close the store responsibly

• Ensure personalized customer service to exceed expectations

• Maintain operational standards during store hours

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail, especially cosmetics

• Strong skills in customer service delivery

• Experience with retail cash reconciliation

• Supervisory background preferred

• Availability for flexible retail scheduling
