This full-time position is part of a unionized workforce where your existing meat expertise will shine. Responsibilities include product rotation, merchandising, and ensuring departmental readiness. You'll also assist in coaching team members and support store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise meat products

• Maintain department readiness throughout shifts

• Adhere to safety standards and company policies

• Support Meat Manager in directing department activities

• Assist with overall store opening and closing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in meat handling and merchandising

• Excellent customer service skills essential

• Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
