Excel as an Assistant Store Manager at Spirit Halloween, earning up to $25.00 per hour based on your experience. This role focuses on maximizing store sales while ensuring excellent guest service.
As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations with an emphasis on maximizing profitability, handling expenses, and maintaining exceptional guest services. Required qualifications include prior retail management experience and flexibility in your schedule to meet store needs. Additionally, you will engage in inventory control and manage merchandising practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily store operations and staff
• Ensure optimal guest service for shoppers
• Control inventory and reduce shrink effectively
• Manage merchandising and store setup processes
• Assist with physical store demands like lifting and moving
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Proven experience in retail management
• Flexible availability for scheduling changes
• Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
• Capability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
