This position supports the Deli Manager while overseeing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for supervising the Deli Team, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Your culinary expertise and leadership skills will guide the team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries and fulfill their needs
• Prepare products per company specifications
• Maintain displays and ensure cleanliness
• Process vendor orders for stock maintenance
• Train team members and develop their skills
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• GED or High School diploma required
• Food Handling Certificate needed
• Experience with deli operations and tools
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
