Value Buds is seeking a motivated Keyholder to lead by example and assist customers in navigating the world of cannabis. In this role, you'll ensure compliance with regulations while providing personalized product recommendations and maintaining store organization. Your strong communication and customer-first attitude will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers

• Offer product insights and educate about cannabis

• Assist in daily operations including merchandising

• Operate the POS system and handle transactions

• Perform inventory checks and stock shelves

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience

• Cannabis selling certification (e.g., Selling It Right)

• Minimum age based on province requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods

• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
