Step into the American Eagle family as a Brand Ambassador and bring joy to every shopping experience. Your passion for our products and dedication to customer service will shine in this part-time role.

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent the essence of American Eagle and Aerie, ensuring guests feel valued and informed. Your responsibilities will include utilizing the AEO Selling Model to connect with customers and promote loyalty programs. You'll also need to be adaptable, rotating through various store zones to meet customer needs while problem-solving promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with guests using the AEO Selling Model

• Share insights about AE & Aerie products

• Promote and explain the AEO loyalty program

• Transition easily between store roles

• Address guest inquiries while following guidelines

Requirements:

• Love for engaging with customers

• Retail experience preferred

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

• At least 16 years old

• High energy and multitasking abilities
