We’re looking for a Store Manager for our Windsor location. Someone who leads by example, develops talent, and isn’t satisfied with good when great is possible.

You’ll own the full store experience — from results to team culture.

• Lead all store operations and ensure overall performance
• Drive sales and hit targets — then set new ones
• Monitor results and take decisive corrective action
• Hire, coach, and develop your team to their full potential
• Deliver a customer experience worth coming back for
• Ensure compliance with sales processes and company standards
• Manage inventory, expenses, and merchandising
• Maintain store presentation and safety standards
