In this role, you will manage daily practice operations and ensure a knowledgeable, friendly customer service experience. A proven background in retail management is essential, alongside excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. You will handle inquiries, complaints, and sales transactions while making product recommendations to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to clients

• Recommend optical products based on client needs
• Oversee daily operations of the store
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or retail management

• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
