As a key player at Journeys, you will assist the Store Manager and Manager in Training in fostering a high-performing sales team. This position emphasizes recruitment and training, as well as managing store operations and protecting company assets. You'll play a crucial role in achieving sales goals while providing an inclusive and fun shopping atmosphere for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruiting high-caliber retail employees
• Train and develop a successful sales team
• Supervise daily store operations in manager’s absence
• Enforce company policies and resolve customer issues
• Ensure all company initiatives are executed properly
Requirements:
• Prior retail management experience preferred
• 6-12 months of retail sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Must be 18 years or older
