7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Store Leader Trainee who enjoys teamwork and has supervisory experience. This role emphasizes providing customer service leadership, training store employees, and ensuring effective merchandising and marketing strategies. Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic retail environment and enhance employee productivity while maintaining store safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer service training and coaching for store staff
• Help implement merchandising and marketing initiatives
• Manage cash handling and fuel transactions efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment
• Ensure products are stocked and presentable at all times
Requirements:
• Previous Retail Management experience of at least one year
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
