Lead and inspire your team as a Store Manager at Journeys! Drive sales, enhance team skills, and maintain a vibrant store culture in a fast-paced retail environment.
As a Store Manager with Journeys, you will oversee all aspects of store operations while recruiting and training a high-caliber team. You will meet and exceed sales goals, supervise daily activities, and ensure an engaging shopping experience for our customers. Be the face of Journeys, sharing our culture and values while supporting the development of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and manage store personnel effectively
• Meet and exceed sales goals regularly
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to employees
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and recognize talent
• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention practices
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience
• Prior retail management experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work 45 hours per week
• Must be at least 18 years of age
