As a Store Manager with Journeys, you will oversee all aspects of store operations while recruiting and training a high-caliber team. You will meet and exceed sales goals, supervise daily activities, and ensure an engaging shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage store personnel effectively

• Meet and exceed sales goals regularly

• Provide ongoing training and coaching to employees

• Conduct monthly performance reviews and recognize talent

• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention practices

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience

• Prior retail management experience preferred

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn

• Ability to work 45 hours per week

• Must be at least 18 years of age
