This permanent, full-time role involves supporting the Meat Manager and overseeing department staff in key areas such as hiring, coaching, and training. You’ll ensure the department shines by stocking, merchandising, and adhering to health and safety regulations. With shifts covering days, evenings, and weekends, you're set to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid the Meat Manager with department standards

• Ensure the department is always business-ready

• Receive, price, stock, and merchandise products

• Implement superior customer service policies

• Support overall store operations, including opening and closing

Requirements:

• Meat experience with strong product knowledge

• Excellent customer service skills

• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs

• Willingness to work flexible hours

• Ability to stand for 4-8 hours
