You will efficiently utilize the AEO Selling Model to guide customers while having the flexibility to assist in various zones of the store, prioritizing a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use the AEO Selling Model to assist customers

• Educate guests on product details and suggestions

• Encourage enrollment in loyalty programs

• Adapt between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom

• Solve guest issues by adhering to policy

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail is beneficial

• Genuine passion for AE and Aerie products

• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays

• At least 18 years old

• Strong ability to multitask in a lively store setting
