In this role, you will assist with supervising daily operations and managing staff. A minimum of 2 years of retail experience, ideally in cannabis, is required. You will model exemplary conduct for team members and ensure compliance with safety standards across the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Store Manager in daily operational tasks
• Resolve customer service issues as needed
• Train and motivate staff during shifts
• Uphold store conditions to company standards
• Assist with inventory control and management
Requirements:
• Valid Cann Sell certification essential
• Must complete a Police Background Check
• 2 years retail experience required; cannabis preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights
