In this important position, you will bridge the gap between the leadership team and sales associates, motivating everyone toward common goals.

Your role will include direct support for the Store Manager and ensuring that sales associates provide exceptional customer experiences through effective coaching and modeling of key selling behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a customer-focused sales culture in-store

• Support management in operational activities and reporting

• Coach and develop associates in service excellence

• Delegate tasks to enhance team efficiency

• Assist in onboarding new team members

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in a retail apparel environment

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities among peers

• Proficiency in POS systems and banking procedures

• Available for varied schedules including weekends

• Passionate about maintaining high customer service standards
