Elevate store operations as a member of management at Spirit Halloween. This position presents an opportunity to oversee operations while receiving an hourly rate based on experience, up to $34.00 for Store Managers.

In this management role, you will be responsible for ensuring profitability through exceptional guest service and effective expense control. You will handle inventory management, shrink control, and direct seasonal store setup and breakdown. Candidates must have prior retail management experience and a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations for maximum sales

• Focus on establishing superior guest service standards

• Control inventory and oversee expense management

• Supervise and train staff effectively

• Coordinate setup and teardown of seasonal merchandise

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement of 21 years

• Previous retail management experience required

• Must possess a flexible work schedule

• Ability to engage in 8+ hours of standing/walking

• Capacity to lift/move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
