This role requires strong product knowledge and the ability to personalize customer interactions, ensuring each shopping experience is memorable. Enthusiasm for the Asian beauty industry is essential, along with a keen eye for organization and detail in inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and assess their needs
• Utilize POS system for smooth transactions
• Keep track of inventory accuracy and organization
• Maintain product presentation according to store standards
• Support store opening tasks and compliance with safety
Requirements:
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Enthusiasm for Asian beauty trends and products
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Physical ability to lift up to 30lbs and stand for long periods
