This role is key to maintaining customer engagement and achieving sales targets in the print section of our retail store. Utilize our selling model to offer tailored recommendations and ensure that print production is carried out efficiently. You will collaborate closely with store leaders while adhering to company standards regarding health, safety, and privacy policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver proactive customer service and engagement
• Utilize selling techniques to drive sales performance
• Manage transactions effectively via the Point of Sale
• Assist with customer order intake and pick-up
• Maintain print and inventory standards in the store
Requirements:
• 3 months to 1 year of experience in retail preferred
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Team-oriented mindset in a collaborative environment
• Awareness of print processes and services
• Commitment to safety and company policies
