As a Sales Associate, you'll provide exceptional customer service and participate in a comprehensive wine education training program.
Your role includes performing POS transactions and merchandising tasks, while also interacting enthusiastically with patrons in a fun team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service and wine recommendations
• Perform POS transactions efficiently and accurately
• Engage with customers to create an inviting atmosphere
• Assist with merchandising, receiving shipments, and replenishment
• Support community-driven initiatives and local events
Requirements:
• Apply if you are 19 years or older
• Smart Serve Certification is essential
• Flexible availability evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Retail experience is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 21 kilograms and meet physical demands
